We are looking for an experienced and motivated person for the role of Business Manager at Bread + Roses. This is a new role as we realise that Bread + Roses will have to operate differently post lockdown.
The Business Manager is a key role in the organisation and will be responsible for providing leadership to the staff and volunteers and responsible for the overall management of the building during opening hours, including Health & Safety. The role will also manage all external enquiries and pursue opportunities to increase income.
We are looking for someone with experience managing staff, excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and lead by example. Business development experience is also welcome and a commitment to working collaboratively and contributing to the team, and wider vision for Bradford Cooperative Association.
