BOCS is recruiting for the ESF Happy to Work Project Lead post starting September this year.  This is initially a six-month post with an annual salary of £21,589.  We are flexible and would consider either a part time or a full-time post. The postholder will recruit adults to take part in the project and will assist them in developing their work skills either at Bradford Community RePaint, Scrap Magic or Wibsey Community Gardens.  The postholder will support the participants into employment or training at the end of the placements.
