Title of post: Job Centre Plus, Substance Misuse Treatment Link Worker

Location: Across Leeds, Wakefield, and Calderdale

Salary: £22,021 full time (37.5 hours per week)

Responsible to: Project Team Leader  

Hours of Work: Full Time 37.5 hours

Building on our years of successfully delivering this service model across Bradford District Job Centre sites, we have been invited by the DWP to deliver across Leeds, Wakefield, and Calderdale.

We are now looking for a highly motivated individual, for an immediate start, who can cover across all three areas of Leeds, Wakefield and Calderdale JCP sites on a fixed term contract basis to March 31st 2021. The post holder will be supported by the Service Team Leader.
