Who are we?
Bradford LGBTQ+ Strategic Partnership (known as Bradford Equity Partnership) is a grassroots community organisation based in the centre of Bradford. A charity dating from 2004, set-up and delivered by LGBTQ+ people in Bradford and the surrounding areas. The charity’s objectives are to promote equality and diversity and to eliminate homophobia and discrimination in relation to Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBTQ+) people for the benefit of the public in the district of Bradford and the surrounding area.

What we are looking for?
The Bradford LGBTQ+ Strategic Partnership (Equity Partnership) is currently looking for a Youth Worker to plan and deliver sessions for Trans young people at the Equity Centre as part of the Phoenix Group. You will support and encourage Trans young people in the area to ensure they reach their potential, overcome barriers and achieve goals, and provide support and advice for parents of Trans young people.
