Senior Practitioner, Survive and Thrive Service, Family Action Bradford

37 hours per week

Grade 3 (upper): £30,447 - £33,735 per annum

Bradford Survive and Thrive is an exciting and innovative multi-agency partnership bringing together 3 organisations, Family Action, Staying Put and Women’s Centre Limited who are working together to develop a ‘one system approach’ for families affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner who will lead on the development of our work with children living in refuge and dispersed accommodation, ensuring that families are able to access all elements of our service as well as universal and targeted provision across the district. You will oversee our parent/ child play and attachment work with under-fives, line managing practitioners whilst carrying a small caseload of your own.

Your skills and experience If you have worked with families affected by domestic abuse, have an understanding of trauma and attachment, supervisory experience, and experience of working collaboratively with other agencies, we would love to hear from you.
