Khidmat Centres and Together Women are looking for a Criminal Justice Key Worker based in Bradford at the Khidmat Centres (2 x days) and Together Women (3 x days) with some cover across West Yorkshire.

This is a unique opportunity and role where you really can make a difference to improve women’s lives. This role will act as a specialism within the Criminal Justice team and will bring knowledge and experience of the needs of Muslim and south Asian women and communities. Working with the specialist provider Khidmat Centre, you will support women affected by criminal justice by encouraging access to services and improving engagement.  

Working within the Women’s specialist team you will be dynamic, personable, creative and empathic whilst being a resource to the wider West Yorkshire team, offering advice and guidance relating to the needs of Muslim and South Asian women. The post holder should have experience of working with people with multiple complex needs, in particular those from diverse communities as well as experience of developing and maintaining partnerships and professional relationships with agencies in voluntary, private and public sectors.
