Accommodation Manager

We are looking for a Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Accommodation Manager to look after all of our accommodation services, including managing the teams that run our 4 refuges across Bradford and Keighley

The prime objectives for this role are:

  • To lead and support Staying Put’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence services including those presenting with complex needs in refuge/dispersed accommodation services. By supporting all individuals and their children fleeing domestic and other gender-based violence ensuring a whole family approach to safeguarding and support planning is adopted.
  • To ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the refuge/dispersed and resettlement services, building on existing partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • To lead and support male victims via our dispersed accommodation model.
  • To support the Head of Services in the development of the provision and to manage the refuges and dispersed accommodation portfolio.
  • To support the Head of Services in ensuring that services attain and retain recognised quality standards.
  • To provide a high quality and pro-active front-line services and support to individuals experiencing of DASV; delivering a pathway of support focussing on safety and protection working across all levels of risk.
  • Initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols to keep safety central to all services for victims.
  • To lead on the RSL development

This role is for 37.5 hours per week. £36,019 FTE. Part time, 30 hours over 4 days will be considered.
