Young Persons Substance Misuse Worker

Part Time  - 18.75 hrs

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to work within our Young Persons Substance misuse Service. The post holder will deliver a range of interventions from brief education through to structured extended interventions and specialist treatment interventions to Young People upto 21 years within the Bradford district. The service operates as outreach, as such requires travel across the district.
