Location: West Yorkshire (Bridge- Bradford)
Contract: funded initially for 12 months with the distinct possibility of extension
FTE Salary: £27,910 per annum- Senior Navigator – full time
£25,170 per annum- Navigators – full time
£17,375 per annum – Recovery Support Worker ( 25 hours- £11,583)
£17,375 per annum - Administrator ( 18.75 hours - £8,687)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week full time- 25 hours for RSW.
Typical hours are 9.00- 5pm Monday to Friday to map across to service provision required for our beneficiaries. The post holders are expected to work flexibly around the needs of service user’s appointments, crisis need and local initiatives and this may include occasional early starts, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

We are recruiting A senior Navigator, 2 Navigators, 1 Recovery Support Worker/ Expert by Experience 25 hours and a part time administrator, to work alongside our WYFI- legacy team.

The role of the service is:
To support people with a primary substance, need with co-existing multiple needs including 0ffending behaviour, learning difficulties and perpetrators of domestic abuse access services and lead a more fulfilling life.
The team will utilise an assertive engagement approach to encourage clients to access the project and thereafter provide flexible, client-centred and individualised casework support. The project worker will be working with in an outreach capacity to enable clients to access the services and interventions they need to build their resilience, gain confidence and acquire the personal and social assets they need to meet their aspirations.
