Information, Advice and Administration Officer

At Family Action we transform lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation. We have been building stronger families since 1869 and today we work with more than 60,000 families in over 150 community based services, as well as supporting thousands more through national programmes and grants.

We are now seeking a full time Information, Advice and Administration Officer to join our long-established Bradford Advice Service, on a permanent contract.

As an Information, Advice and Information officer, you will be first point of contact for our Bradford Advice Service. You will provide guidance and basic advice to callers, undertake a variety of administrative tasks, co-ordinate front-office activities and provide clerical support to the Advice Service Team.

Your skills and experience

If you have administration experience or have worked in a busy client facing role, have exceptional attention to detail and are a confident communicator, we would love to hear from you.
