1 P/T post 25-27 hours p/w  SALARY - £22,035 - £24,167 Salary stated for 37 hours - New post holders start at the bottom of the payscale

£22,035 - £24,167 (FTE)

You will work closely with adult carers listening, advising and supporting them to find the best possible solutions to their problems/better manage their caring responsibilities.

The role includes the provision of information, signposting, outreach, promoting self advocacy and completing wellbeing reviews which support carers to focus on their own wellbeing, helping them make good decisions, and preventative work which is strength based and supports self care. 

You will be based in our Skipton office, with some working from home & meeting carers in locations within local communities, and in their own homes (subject to current guidance).
