Finance & Administration Manager

Full time: 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday, Bradford based.

£34,000-£36,050 based on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our busy team. This key role will be part of the leadership team and play an important role in providing financial expertise and managing the Administration team.

Do you have a financial background with the ability to lead and motivate a team? Have you previously been involved with the running of administrative function? We are looking for someone who is methodical, well organised and highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Prime objectives of post

• To oversee the smooth running of the finance and administration functions within Staying Put, with line management of a small team.
• Take the lead on all financial activities; accounting, budget setting and forecasting, financial management control policies and procedures, invoicing, rent collection and banking.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements, and co-ordinate a responsive and efficient Administrative function.
