The role of the service is:

Through a supportive navigator relationship people with a range of multiple and entrenched needs, within the domains of housing, substance misuse, offending behaviour, mental health and physical health access services which they find difficult to engage with to lead a more fulfilling life.
The team will utilise an assertive engagement approach to encourage clients to access the service and thereafter provide flexible, client-centred, and individualised casework support.
