Administrator / Receptionist

This expanding and leading woman only local charity has a job vacancy for an Administrator / Receptionist at the organisation.

Job title: Administrator/ Receptionist

It is an occupational requirement for this role to have a female (respective of post requirements) worker under the Equality Act 2010, Section 9 Part 1

Hourly rate:    National minimal wage

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm

Key Duties:

  • To coordinate reception duties to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
  • Keeping centre documents relevant, up to date and available.
  • Coordinating and administering room booking for training and meetings.
  • Coordinating the centre timetable of weekly activity programmes.
  • Maintaining centre filing systems and processes including photocopying and printing.
  • Taking and distributing minutes of staff meetings, diary management of centre activities.
  • Updating websites, social media and designing leaflets and flyers.
  • Inputting data about WomenZone’s services.
