Co-production Partnership & Engagement Co-ordinator

We are looking to recruit an experienced, creative, and passionate person who will work jointly with individuals with lived experience, professionals and decision makers to develop and implement a Co-production Partnership that will provide a valued platform for voice, challenge and quality assurance to commissioned services within Bradford Metropolitan District Council Health & Wellbeing Department.

This person will be responsible for the development and delivery of our co-production and engagement approach, ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion in access and representation.

The Co-production Partnership and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing co-production, engagement, and involvement work across the system.
  • Facilitate co-production bimonthly meetings and thematic work groups/forums operating locally across the borough ensuring that they are accessible to individuals with lived experience and the local communities that we serve.
  • Working with staff across all services and individuals with lived experience to provide appropriate insight, feedback and interventions to ensure individuals are appropriately supported to the right service and support at the right time.
  • Create new and innovate ways for individuals with lived experience to engage and contribute to the development and delivery of our services in Bradford Metropolitan District Council Health & Wellbeing Department.
  • Conducting one to ones with individuals with lived experience and other stakeholders to connect and collaborate plus to identify and develop potential leaders from within our services and the local community.
  • Working with the Lead Partners Organisations to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the pilot programme.
