Stronger Families Keyworker

Full time  37.5hrs fixed term to January 2023

Salary Scale: £23,282 to £25,170

The Stronger Families programme is part of Building Better Opportunities, funded by The Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund. The programme is delivered in Bradford and Leeds, in partnership with Leeds City Council and third sector delivery partners, to support families to overcome the barriers preventing access to education, training, employment and skills building.

The successful candidate will support families, where an adult is unemployed and seeking support. You will be working regularly 1-2-1 with the parent, over the course of a few months, focusing on both their obstacles and strengths to tailor the support offered to enable them to feel ready for work, training or education.
