We are looking for:

A Clinical Lead (a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor) - 30hrs per week.

Salary: £32909.80 pro rata ( £28208.40 per annum for 30 hrs)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Supervisor to lead and enhance our excellent therapy team. You will need a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience as a clinical supervisor and will provide support, supervision and safeguarding guidance to the team. Youwill also need 5 years post qualification counselling experience to provide high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed counselling to our clients. You must have experience of working with women and girls 13+ who are survivors of any form of sexual violence, at any time in their lives. You must be BACP or UKCP accredited or be working towards it.

You will be part of our Management Team - this team has operational responsibility for the day to day management of BRC&SASS and its services, in order to meet the aims and objectives of the charity.

  • The post will be primarily based at our Bradford City Centre office but due to the pandemic, some working from home may be required. This may include offering online counselling/supervision from home.
  • We offer 30 days + 8 bank holidays annual leave pro rata, rising to 35 days (over 5yrs),
  • We provide a  5% employers pension contribution
  • We provide paid sick leave following a successful probationary period.

PLEASE NOTE: BRC & SASS offers services to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence within a women-only safe space.  It is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, part 1) for this post to be filled by a woman.
