HENRY is an innovative and flourishing national charity that is making a real difference to the lives of young children and their families. HENRY is working in partnership with Better Start Bradford to run group and 1-to-1 programmes and workshops for parents and carers of young children. We are an organisation with a strong culture rooted in development, self-reflection, partnership and learning.

We are seeking a Facilitator to work with HENRY’s Healthy Families team to deliver HENRY programmes and workshops face to face and online in the three wards of Better Start Bradford (Bowling and Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton).  

Working alongside parents you will support them to build their knowledge and confidence over the course of the programme to create the conditions for wider lifestyle change within the family. 

Your passion for working with families will mean you are well placed to deliver the programmes and build collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues and community partners. 

You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports families to give their children the best start in life. 

This role is based at Woodroyd Centre, Woodroyd Road, Bradford, BD5 8EL
