STAY at Home Keighley are seeking Support Workers to join their team. Salary £21,630, per annum, 35 hours per week (part time pro-rata). The service incorporates agile and flexible working arrangements. Positions available include:  Permanent Full time position Monday-Friday and a Part time Temporary position, 3 days per week, 21 hours (12 months to cover maternity leave)

The Floating Support Worker provides support across a number of properties in Keighley. You will support individuals to enable them to manage their own personal development and support plans to help them transition out of difficult circumstances and take control of their lives.

You are approachable, adaptable and have the ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure and in isolated situations. You will have excellent communication skill, report writing and Microsoft Office skills.  This role requires a valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for business use.

We welcome applications from people that have the desire, and passion to help others, although experience is not essential for this role, you must have an insight and understanding of delivery support to individuals in their home and remotely. A full induction and training is provided.
