The Landmark centre is seeking to grow as an organisation in both scale and impact.
The Centre Co-ordinator is a new, key role in enabling this transition, by both overseeing the work currently being undertaken by project staff and volunteers, with a view to adding continuity between existing projects, and by growing the capacity of the organisation to welcome more diverse groups into the space by considering strategy, finding and building relationships with other local community organisations.
The post is currently securely funded for 6 months part time, but the charity aspires to see this role grow as an essential part of allowing the charity’s broader growth.
