Neighbourhood Engagement Support Workers x 3

West Bowling Community Advice and Training Centre as lead partner working with Karmand Community Centre is looking to recruit a 3 x Neighbourhood Engagement Support Workers on an exciting new project based at West Bowling Centre.

The Neighbourhood Engagement Support Workers will work closely with the project team of West Bowling Centre, Better Start Bradford and partner organisations to promote and increase engagement in activities and projects. They will be working with a wide range of community-based organisations, statutory and voluntary and faith sector agencies within a multi-agency environment and with individuals and families. In particular with a focus on Canterbury area, EU Roma and Asylum/Refugees communities across BSB.

They will facilitate the engagement of local families with children under the age of 4 and expectant parents into existing and new community activities within the Better Start Bradford reach and portfolio, and support the work of Better Start Bradford to give children the best possible start in life in Better Start Bradford areas.
