Service Manager - STAY in Millhaven

We are seeking a Service Manager for the STAY in Millhaven service in Bradford. The services offers accommodation and housing-related support for people with multiple or complex needs who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the service and for providing short-term support to people to develop their independent living skills and to access other appropriate services. 

You will have previous line management experience in a support environment. You will have an understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people with a range of issues such as homelessness, poor physical and mental health, tenancy management, money management and drug and alcohol use.  You will lead a team of support workers to deliver housing related support to ensure people in the service receive a holistic, personalised service.  You will have experience of strong partnership working with housing providers, support services and statutory and non-statutory agencies. You will also be responsible for housing management of the property, including health & safety, to ensure we meet our own high standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) flexibility in working hours is available. We offer some great benefits including:
