The Leap is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our team and lead on the monitoring and evaluation on all aspects of The Leap programme. This is an exciting new role, at the heart of The Leap’s activities, and will ensure our learning and effective practice can be effectively captured and shared with our funders, partners and the wider arts and cultural sector. The successful candidate will be experienced in the design and delivery of monitoring and evaluation for complex programmes. They will be able to work efficiently, with a high-level of autonomy, with the internal team and external partners.
