Permanent – 35 hours per week

We are offering you an opportunity to join a dynamic Rents Administration Team based in Bradford.

The Rents Team works proactively to ensure incoming rent payments from statutory and external agencies are processed accurately.

You will work closely with other internal departments to manage rental portfolios and address any changes in rental income. You will work to specific timescales and deadlines, in particular those set by Housing Benefit. You will process financial information, including incomes, benefits and arrears.

Managing a wide range of rent-related information you will maintain and drive procedures to minimise loss of rent from tenants and statutory bodies to meet established deadlines and in accordance with organisational protocols. .

You will have experience of working in a role in a similar environment as well as working knowledge of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit legislation and knowledge of wider welfare rights.
