Manager - Maintenance Team

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to deliver and maintain an efficient and effective responsive repairs service, implement planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and maintain compliance safety legislation and other regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent full time position, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The salary is £28,585-£30,000, 35 hours a week. We can offer flexible and agile work including condensed hours. Our Property Services team in Bradford is responsible for ensuring that properties and land owned or managed by the organisation are maintained to a high standard and fully comply with regulatory standards and requirements.

The Maintenance Services Manager will be responsible for pre-inspections and post- inspections of repair/maintenance work, ensuring that standards and finishes are met, producing specifications of works and providing advice and solutions to the team.  You will also work with external contractors, obtaining quotations and ensuring value for money and high standards of workmanship.

You will have line management experience gained in a property maintenance and/or repairs environment.  You will have experience of pre and post property inspections, producing work specifications, managing work order systems.

A valid driving licence is required for this role.
