Strike Taekwondo offers expert tuition from complete beginner. You don’t have to be fit or flexible to start, just willing to have a go! Classes available in Keighley and Skipton.

What do I need for my first lesson? Comfortable clothing (tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt/hoody), bottle of water, and a have a go attitude!
