Bradford and District Live at Home Scheme has five Live at Home connection hubs in Bradford, based in:
Undercliffe
Great Horton
Wibsey
Clayton
Little Horton.
At each hub we deliver building-based activities such as lunch clubs, craft groups, coffee mornings and exercise classes.
We also deliver activities in the community such as walking groups, days trips, supported holidays and friendship clubs designed by local people to help older people make new friends.
