Outside the Box is run by registered charity Ilkley Community Enterprise Ltd. Outside the Box offers many different opportunities for adults with a learning disability (Our members) these include:
OTB Community Cafe- provides training, work experience, learning and development opportunities for people with learning disabilities and other support needs. Our members usually attend for half day sessions that help members gain real life experience, develop new skills and increase their social and community connections.
OTB Choices- offers a range of workshops and activities within a number of areas including arts and crafts, health and well being, Independent living skills enabling our members to express themselves creatively, learn new skills, increase their confidence, showcase their talents, stay healthy, fit and safe, make friends and have fun.
OTB Works is our employment initiative helping members to get and keep paid jobs. We provide members with the confidence, skills and advice and support they need for paid work plus the access to suitable job opportunities that they deserve.
