The Swan Song Project is a registered charity that helps people celebrate life though song. We work with people facing the end of their lives as well as their loved ones to write and record their own original song. Music is so powerful and can help us through the good and bad times of life right up until the end. The songs then live on providing comfort and happy memories to loved ones for years to come, hopefully providing some relief through the grieving process.
