Cafe West is a vibrant Healthy Living Centre situated in the heart of Allerton and Lower Grange. It focuses on promoting health and wellbeing in a warm and friendly environment. Its key aim is to reduce health inequalities through the provision of a range of activities, projects and ‘one to one support for all our residents.

Classes, activities and services are reviewed and revised to meet the changing needs and interests of the community in an effort to continually improve standards of health and wellbeing. If there is a class or service which you believe will help achieve this aim, please tell us. We want to work together to improve our community and its quality of life.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Cafe open until 2.30pm)
Fridays 8.30am to 1pm (Cafe open until 1pm)
Saturdays We are closed (Apart from booked events/activities)
Sundays We are closed (Apart from booked events/activities)
