Champions Show the Way provides a range of interesting, sociable activities led by dedicated volunteer Community Health Champions.
The activities are free, or low cost, and cover the whole of the Bradford District at wheelchair-accessible venues.
You do not have to attend regularly and you can attend as many of our groups as you like.
Activities and Walks include:
